How do I place my order?
Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on presale starting on March 3 at 10am MT, and throughout the public on sale starting on Friday, March 6 at 10am MT. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.
I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my Tucker Wetmore at Red Rocks Travel Package?

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket for the Tucker Wetmore at Red Rocks?
Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket depending on the venue. Be sure to confirm you are purchasing your preferred ticket type.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you.
What is a Premium Reserved ticket?
A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES
Is the listed price per person or per package?
Pricing will reflect both a per-person rate and total package price where applicable, not including taxes and fees.
If a payment plan is offered, details will be provided at checkout.
How many rooms are included?
Each Travel Package includes one hotel room for two guests unless otherwise specified. During checkout, you may select a preferred bed type, subject to availability.
Is there an age restriction?
To check into the hotel, the primary purchaser must meet the hotel’s minimum age requirement (typically 21+). Valid government-issued photo identification is required.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes a payment plan option is available, an initial deposit of 60% will be charged at purchase, with the remaining 40% automatically charged on March 27, 2026.
How will I receive my event tickets?
All tickets will be digital. In the weeks leading up to Tucker Wetmore at Red Rocks, you will receive instructions from the ticketing partner to claim and access your tickets.
You must use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package.
When will I receive Travel Package check-in information?
Check-in instructions will be emailed to the purchaser approximately 5–7 days prior to your event date.
How will I receive my merchandise?
Merchandise will be distributed during 100x Travel Package hotel check-in and must be picked up at that time.
We are unable to ship merchandise before or after the event.
Is transportation included?
Roundtrip transportation is included in your package, detailed pickup instructions will be sent via email closer to the event date.
What if my plans change?
All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong package, contact us immediately HERE and we will assess possible solutions based on availability.
HOTEL INFORMATION
What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?
100x adheres to the hotel’s standard check-in and check-out policies. Please refer to the hotel’s official website for the most up-to-date information.
Early check-in is not guaranteed. If you arrive early, bag storage may be available through the hotel.
How many nights are included? Can I book additional nights?
The number of included nights will be specified in your package description.
If you wish to extend your stay, additional nights must typically be booked directly with the hotel. Requests to connect separate reservations are subject to availability and must be submitted to 100x prior to the communicated deadline.
Is parking included at the hotel?
Travel Packages do not include parking unless explicitly stated. Please refer to the hotel’s website for current parking rates and details.
Will there be an incidental hold?
A valid credit card is required at hotel check-in for incidental charges. Please refer to the hotel’s website for current incidental policies.
The hotel says they do not have my reservation — why?
Hotel rooming lists are typically shared closer to check-in (often within 1–4 weeks of the event date). Please wait until the recommended timeframe before contacting the hotel directly.
Always reference that your reservation is part of your 100x Travel Package when speaking with the hotel.

Requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed. All requests must be submitted by the deadline communicated for October 12, 2026.
I purchased a package as a gift and will not be attending. How can the recipient redeem the package?
Travel Package transfers must be requested via the purchaser’s original purchase email address prior to the communicated deadline for October 12, 2026.
Please include:
- ORIGINAL PURCHASER NAME
- ORIGINAL PURCHASER EMAIL
- ORDER NUMBER
- PACKAGE TYPE – [Package Name]
- NEW GUEST NAME
- NEW GUEST EMAIL

Transfers include the entire package (hotel, transportation if applicable, and show tickets) and cannot be split.
The package must be paid in full prior to transfer approval.
